Sharing Projects views

Sharing your projects [network editor, gantt charts and fever charts] so others can view the information.


Specific Resource schedules

Currently resources are saved as a fixed quantity, this feature will allow specific schedules to be created for resources so they are more dynamic. Example: Instead of saying project has 2 of resource A, you can specify the dates for resource A's availability.


Imports from csv/other project file types

Allowing a network to be imported via csv, xml formats and automatically creating the network view.


Manage Groups

Allows a user to setup groups (for a team/company) and manage users, billing, access collectivity for the entire group.


Collaboration

Sharing the network editor with other registered users so multiple folks can update the network at the same time.

Network Editor Bugs

1. Deleting tasks need to post successors and predescessors too.
2. Risks need to move with the task
3. Critical path filter needs to show dependencies (arrows)

Canvas based Network Editor UI with easy to add tasks and associated task data. Infinite scroll, easy search, auto save and multiple filtering options.


Fever Charts

Auto calculation of buffers, % completion and storing a snapshop of the project progress, updating and displaying the fever chart.


Resource Management

Ability to add resources, view resource utilization and run what-if-scenarios.


Monte Carlo Simulation

Ability to run the complex monte carlo sumulation for determining the project end date with a single click with all advance features like probability curve selection available to the user to chose from.


Gantt Charts

Alternative automatically updating view of the network/schedule in a traditional Gantt chart type view. Easy one click downloads for presentation.
