From the traditional world of project management, think of "projects" as a Microsoft Project file (.mpp file) and the tasks as rows/line items in that file. .

Our free plan allows for one project with a limit of 100 tasks (100 networked items on our network editor). The paid plans do not have a task limit, but depending on the plan, you might have limited number of projects.

There are no cancellation fees or long term commitments, you can chose our monthly payment plans and cancel at any time with a click (no speaking to an agent or the usual runarounds, 'cause we all hate that).

After you login, click on billing and if you are on a paid plan, you'll see the "Update/Cancel subscription" button, click that, confirm and acknowledge and done. It's that simple..

Billing will automatically pro-rate the amounts due for the next cycle. Do note that if you are going from a paid plan to a free plan, you'll continue keeping paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Monte Carlo Simulations are techniques where the scheudle is analyzed and 10,000 task duration simulations and risks and probabilities simulations are performed to assess schedule completion dates. This is used to provide a probability number against a certain date (like X date for completion has a 60% chance of success).

Depending on the number of tasks and the project complexity, these simulations take anywhere from 10 minutes to 8 hrs; these require dedicated hardware infrastructure to run. Our Elite plan includes 3 such simulations per month; additional simulations can be purchased for $5 each.

We use Stripe for our billing gateway, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Additionally, your payment credentials are never directly handled by or stored on our servers.
